Kentucky's Gates To Hell, known for their death metal and hardcore style, have released their debut album, Death Comes To All. Recorded with Randy LeBoeuf at Graphic Nature Audio, the album showcases the band's frenetic sound. Meanwhile, Split Chain, a newcomer formed in 2023, has released their debut album, Motionblur. King Kraken Announces Tour Dates and New Album Release
Heavy metal band King Kraken has announced that their new album, March Of The Gods, is now available. The album, which showcases the band's anthemic style steeped in heavy metal tradition with modern production, has been a highly anticipated release. King Kraken will be supporting Phil Campbell And The Bastard Sons in Pontypridd and Narbeth in October and will embark on a UK tour with Sanguisugabogg, Celestial Sanctuary, and Fulci in February 2026.

Gates To Hell's guitarist and main songwriter Seth Lewis believes the addition of new members Eli Hanson and Trey Garris has contributed to the band's progression of sound. Split Chain's most obvious influence is Deftones, but they also have a distinct grunge influence underpinning their music.
Lyrical Themes and Social Awareness
Split Chain's lyrics are deeply personal, with songs like "I'm Not Dying To Be Here" addressing dealing with family issues. Inhuman Nature's album, Greater Than Death, covers themes such as animal rights, Palestine, and the fascist threat. Split Chain Signs with Epitaph Records
Split Chain has inked a deal with Epitaph Records for their debut album Motionblur and will tour the US with Thrown and 156/Silence from September 23.
